Biovisability supports innovation in the areas of Translational Research and Precision Medicine and we have partnered with the Translational Research Institute for Space Research (TRISH) which funds human health research for space!
Funding Human Health Research for Space
Partnered with NASA and led by Baylor College of Medicine’s Center for Space Medicine, TRISH is a consortium with the California Institute for Technology and the Massachusetts Institute for Technology. A virtual institute, TRISH maintains a small physical footprint in Houston’s Texas Medical Center. Leveraging partnerships with Caltech and MIT – each located in established hotbeds of health technology – TRISH connects the dots for game-changing space health countermeasures and technologies.

TRISH has a singular goal – providing solutions for astronaut’s health and well-being in long duration deep spaceflight exploration missions. To accomplish this, TRISH was designed to augment NASA research. Working closely with NASA’s Human Research Program, TRISH operates at the ends of the research spectrum – specifically early and late stage research.
